Victory Building Team partnered with Ascent Consulting to create a new RFP template that would streamline document creation for the public bid submission process. The strategic overhaul of Victory's RFP template, accompanied by a brand refresh, significantly enhanced their competitive edge by incorporating industry best practices and integrating VBT's extensive expertise into one cohesive and effective RFP.

Founded in 2002, Victory Building Team has established itself as a versatile and reputable general contractor. Their expertise lies in a range of construction projects, from ground-up builds to complex remodels. They have built for a diverse amount of sectors as well, ranging from religious buildings to medical offices, restaurants, and school additions.

Victory Building Team faced a critical challenge. Their old RFP template was not reflecting the company's full potential and was limiting their success in winning new public work projects. A more effective and professionally designed RFP template was needed to capitalize on their extensive experience in public, open-bid projects.

Following content workshops and integration, the document was designed to utilize find and replace mechanics to reduce manual input. This allows the estimation team to easily adapt the template for the current bid, changing out repeating information like the project name, owner, team members, and key dates.
