"Ascent’s ability to synthesize our processes with our new software enabled us to walk through the transition with relative ease."

Software Implementation & Operational Design
In our re-design of Thayer Bray's operations, Ascent performed a thorough investigation of the business, operational structure, and finances. We then developed and implemented standardized processes, procedures, workflows, and protocols.
Reviewing and updating Thayer-Bray
Through a series of on-site and virtual workshops, Ascent walked TBC through multiple departments in the business (Accounting, Company Operations, Project Management, and Field Operations) to integrate the new ERP software features and increase efficiency and profitability.

Designing tailored solutions
Thayer-Bray now has optimized workflows that improved operational and project efficiency, eliminated redundant processes and reduced manual data entry, and clearly defined the roles and responsibilities for each key staff member, providing clarity, alignment and performance expectations

“The team from Ascent took the time to learn our business model and optimize our processes and roles to best align with the new software. The Company Operations and Training Manual that Ascent built has helped us maximize our effectiveness in using the software during the transition and continues to help us in our day-to-day operations and training.”

Ascent's Operational Design
Profitability is directly related to repeatability: getting everyone in the organization to operate the same way.
When everyone is aligned and operating in unison, then it becomes easier to add people (superintendents, project managers, estimators, accountants, administrators) and achieve consistent and repeatable results.
By getting everyone aligned and operating from the same model of processes and systems, the business becomes more efficient and easier for owners to manage.
