THE SITUATION
TBC had selected a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solution to eliminate the technology bottlenecks that were hindering the effectiveness of both corporate and field personnel. Ascent Consulting was recommended to TBC by the software provider to assist with software setup, configuration, and training of their staff.

In parallel with the software implementation, TBC engaged Ascent to:
- Optimize internal processes and systems for accounting and project management
- Update their roles and responsibilities to align with the software’s inherent structure for data access, functionality and permissions
- Develop a company Operations and Training Manual to document the optimized processes, systems and workflows
