A new & unique system, built 'The Ryan Way'
The Ryan Construction team recognized a plateau—they could not scale the business using the current systems they had in place. They knew they needed a new system to equip their team to do things ‘The Ryan Way’ and that this system needed to be uniquely designed for them.









Accountability and sustained scalability
As Ascent had performed a complete Operational Assessment on the business prior to this engagement, the Ryan and Ascent team were able to jump right in and tackle the company’s most immediate challenges; developing a strategic growth model, as well as designing and adapting processes, procedures and protocols.
While the strategic plan and newly designed processes were adopted and implemented, workshops to develop an organizational structure and detailed roles and responsibilities were held. Ascent coached Ryan through the change management process, the team fully adopted and implemented the newly created plan for strategic growth and processes, procedures, and protocols.
